Returns policy

We at work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return/exchange the product within 14 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your account.

The Return process - Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Returned items must conform to our return policy.

  • Returns must be sent within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned with their identifying tag(s) and original label(s) still attached.
  • The security tag must be left on item. If any label/tag is removed, the returned item will not comply with our returns policy and might not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, un-ironed, unused and undamaged. Please note that all shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box.
  • Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.
  • Returns must also include the dust bag and the box, as there is considered part of the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original box. Dust bag and brand box (e.g. shoe box) must be placed inside the shipping box to prevent damages, as they are considered part of the product.
  • Colors can appear different on your display, as computer monitors, mobile devices and tablets differ despite the effort we have made to display them as accurately as possible.
  • Final sale items, purchased as such, cannot be returned nor exchanged.
  • If you refuse the package your claim may not be covered.

1.Received your order request

After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.

2.Processing time

In this part, we kindly ask up to 2 to 3 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

3.Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

About the shipping fee, please refer to the website update.

Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too.
